Delete Your Account

    You have the right to delete your Memzle account and all associated data at any time. Requests are processed within 30 days.
  

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to support@memzle.com from the email address associated with your Memzle account:

Subject: Account Deletion Request

From: The email address linked to your Memzle account

We will confirm receipt of your request and process the deletion within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

Upon confirmation of your request, we permanently delete:

Your account profile (name, email address)
All learning progress, including XP, streaks, word history, and lesson records
Subscription and purchase history linked to your account
Saved preferences, daily goals, and notification settings
Any favorites or hard-word lists you have created

What We Retain

We retain anonymised, aggregated usage statistics (such as overall lesson completion rates) that cannot be linked back to you in any way. This data contains no personal identifiers and is used solely to improve the app.

Before You Delete

Please note the following before submitting your request:

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your learning progress will not be recoverable.
If you have an active Pro subscription, cancel it through the App Store or Google Play before requesting deletion to avoid future charges. Deleting your Memzle account does not automatically cancel your store subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.
